Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Cookies and analytics

The only custom Analytics event records that a lead was generated after successful contact-form delivery. It contains a constant source label and no form values or directly identifying information.
Your accept or decline choice is stored in your browser's local storage for 12 months. You can change it at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing the site or submitting the contact form. Revoking consent disables measurement and removes available first-party Google Analytics cookies.

Service providers and disclosures
E35 uses service providers only where needed to operate the website and respond to inquiries:
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website and processes technical request data.
- Resend processes contact-form content and email-delivery metadata.
- Google processes consented website analytics.
- E35's email provider receives and stores inquiry messages.
E35 does not sell or rent personal information and does not use it for targeted advertising or automated profiling. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or system security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Contact inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or for an active dispute. E35 configures Google Analytics event-level data retention for 14 months. Your cookie choice is retained for 12 months. Technical and delivery records are retained according to provider settings and legitimate security and operational needs.
International processing
E35 and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy and data-protection rules may differ between those locations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirm whether E35 processes your information and to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time. E35 will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
Send requests to contact@e35labs.com with the subject "Privacy Request." E35 may request information necessary to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. To appeal a response, reply with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and explain your concern.

Children's privacy
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and E35 does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact E35 if you believe a child submitted information through the site.
